Support the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in upholding community standards and coordinating make-ready repairs. Manage daily maintenance activities, inventory control, and ensure high-quality customer service for residents.
Requires at least one year of experience in maintenance-related skills and proficiency in English and computer applications. Candidates must meet physical requirements and demonstrate the ability to adapt to new technologies.

The expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $31 and $37. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
