The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving the physical condition of the property and ensuring all safety and corporate standards are met. They provide essential support to management while delivering excellent customer service to residents and maintaining shop inventory.
Candidates must have at least one year of prior experience in community maintenance and a working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Proficiency in English and the ability to use computer applications are required for this role.
