The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving the property's physical attributes and ensuring high curb appeal. They provide support to management in upholding corporate standards and ensuring all safety measures are enforced.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in community maintenance and working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills are also required.
