  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Visit Tracker.
  • Participate in reflective supervision, staff meetings, and required trainings.
  • Encourage participation in workshops, family events, and HIPPY group meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and improve outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience working with children and families or in a human services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate family schedules.

Preferred

  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Experience with home visiting, parent education, or early childhood programs.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

What Makes You Successful
