The Patient Care Coordinator manages daily clinic operations, including greeting patients, scheduling referrals, and verifying insurance. They are responsible for collecting payments and collaborating with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient patient intake processes.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced office environment is required.

The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes. This individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures. The PCC-I position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
