Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active Texas Physical Therapist license. A passion for developing others is required, and previous leadership experience is preferred.

We’re hiring a Clinic Director who is an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist passionate about developing clinicians, elevating patient outcomes, and creating a positive, high-performing clinic culture.
This role is for our brand-new (de-novo) clinic location in Castle Hills, opening in September 2026. This is the perfect opportunity for clinicians targeting leadership and management roles to gain experience and empower an outpatient team while strengthening community ties.
We offer a clear pathway to clinic ownership through our Therapist Partnership Model. As a Clinic Director, you have the opportunity to become an equity partner—allowing you to take on true ownership of your clinic. This model empowers you to grow and operate your location like your own business, while leveraging the infrastructure, resources, and support of Upstream.
