The Drain Technician diagnoses and clears sewer and drain piping issues at customer residences. They provide professional assessments and advise homeowners on necessary permanent repairs while coordinating with Camera Technicians and supervisors.
Candidates must possess thorough knowledge of sewer systems and the ability to use standard plumbing tools and machinery. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure are required.

The Drain Technician is responsible for meeting with customers to identify and diagnose specific drain/sewer piping concerns, getting the line(s) flowing and advising customers on next steps to include a Camera Technician and a camera main inspection. Drain Technicians produce quality, on-time inspections and clearing installation of plumbing related jobs to meet the requirements of our customer agreement and in accordance with local plumbing codes.
