BEL Promo is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented sales professional to support the execution and growth of an assigned portfolio of strategic and growth accounts. As the Business Development Associate (BDA), you will partner with a National Sales Manager or National Sales Lead to execute account strategies, manage day-to-day customer needs, and ensure operational excellence across your portfolio. Working closely with Customer Service, Production, and cross-functional teams, you will help drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and the achievement of established sales and revenue goals.

Strategy Execution & Campaign Management

• Execute the account strategy set by the aligned National Sales Manager/Lead across assigned core and growth accounts.
• Write storyboards and build campaigns that bring each account’s strategy to life.
• Partner with the aligned National Sales Manager/Lead to build and maintain a call cadence, email cadence, and campaign schedule for each assigned account.
• Execute outbound calls, emails, and campaign activity against the established cadence, in-house.
• Organize and prioritize execution efforts by region.
• Maintain account, order, and activity records in Bing Dynamics (CRM) to keep strategy execution visible and current.
• Keep tabs on campaign success and report results back to the aligned National Sales Manager/Lead.
• Make sure samples are sent to both the account’s own sales force and the end customer to support the strategy in market.

Communication & Cross-Functional Liaison

• Communicate the account strategy internally to Customer Service and Multi-Line Representatives, and externally to the account’s own sales force (the customer) so everyone is executing against the same plan.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Service and National Sales, ensuring account issues are resolved and communicated back into the strategy.
• Serve as the connecting line between Production and Sales, keeping both sides aligned on account needs and timelines.
• Track orders to make sure they are moving along internally, looping in Customer Service and Order Entry as needed to resolve delays or issues.
• Act as a problem solver and communicator across internal teams, and make sure everyday account meetings and functions are being carried out.
• Loop in and coordinate with Multi-Line Representatives to support execution of the account strategy in the field.
• Work hand in hand with the aligned National Sales Manager/Lead as an extension of their strategy, not a substitute for it.

Account Growth & Accountability

• Co-manage the book of business with the aligned National Sales Manager/Lead and grow the account in conjunction with them.
• Be tied to and held accountable for growth results on the core and growth accounts they support.
• Support the growth of SMB growth accounts toward large core strategic account status for Bel Promo.
• Flag account risk, opportunity, and order trends to the aligned National Sales Manager/Lead to inform ongoing strategy.

Education/Certification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Prior experience as an Account Executive (AE), inside sales representative, or business development support role.
• Strong organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple cadences and campaigns across a regional book of accounts.
• Working knowledge of Bing Dynamics (CRM) or comparable CRM systems for tracking account and order activity.
• Strong written communication skills for building storyboards, campaigns, and email cadences.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with National Sales, Customer Service, and Multi-Line Representatives.
• Comfortable operating in an in-house, phone- and email-based sales execution role.
• Must be amenable to work on a graveyard shift
