The Design Coordinator manages day-to-day multidisciplinary engineering activities and tracks deliverables for pumped storage hydropower projects. They act as the central point of coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and external design partners to ensure project alignment.
Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years of work experience. Candidates must have a strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and familiarity with hydropower or large infrastructure design interfaces.

We are building high performing teams to deliver complex EPC heavy civil project and looking for motivated, hands-on, collaborative innovators, doers, and problem solvers. The projects are hydro power generation with scopes including roadway development, significant structures including dams, spillways, tunnel waterways, inlet/outlet structures, hydromechanical equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, and site facilities and buildings. The Design Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the multidisciplinary engineering delivery for pumped storage hydropower (PSH) projects. The position focuses on day-to-day coordination of design activities, tracking deliverables, managing interfaces, and ensuring alignment across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
The role supports the Design Manager and Deputy PSH Design Manager in ensuring design progress, consistency, and compliance with project requirements related to quality, schedule, and constructability. The Design Coordinator acts as a central point for coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and external design partners.#LI-RM1
