Contributes to building safety and emergency preparedness through participation and coordination across the Emergency Control, First Aid and Safety Health Environmental and Wellness Improvement Teams.
Performs administrative based functions such as documentation, record keeping, audits, incident reporting, premises inspections, guided presentations, scheduling training/orientations, whilst working closely with the Facilities Lead, building management, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Provides front-of-house support and catering set up and pack-down as required.
