The Superintendent manages daily job site operations, including scheduling, production, and the procurement of materials and manpower. They supervise direct labor and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and schedules.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a construction-related field and at least 5 years of commercial construction experience. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and proficiency in reading blueprints and applying building codes.
The Superintendent is responsible for the daily operation of a job site, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. Supervises all direct labor positions on the assigned project. Manages and oversees any contracted work on the site to ensure successful project completion.
The full salary range for this position is $110,000 to $155,000. This position is eligible for a target bonus.
