The Scheduler maintains project controls by managing quantity, cost, and schedule life cycles from estimate to completion. They also prepare CPM schedules, analyze project delays, and provide training to project teams on scheduling software.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture with 3-8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in scheduling software like Primavera 6 or MSP and document control tools such as Procore or Bluebeam is required.
The Scheduler will maintain close working relationships with the Project Team to ensure that they meet or exceed Project Controls standards. This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to directly interface with the estimating, design, and construction teams to ensure the accurate life cycle of quantity, cost, and schedule management from original estimate through project completion.
