The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for potential projects using hard-bid, design-build, and conceptual methods. This includes performing quantity take-offs, soliciting subcontractor bids, and preparing bid proposals and outline schedules.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management and at least 3 years of experience in commercial construction estimating. Proficiency in Timberline and Excel is required, with knowledge of AutoCAD or Primavera preferred.
