The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general repairs to the clubhouse structure, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. They also assist department heads with in-house construction projects and maintain various clubhouse equipment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of relevant maintenance experience. A valid driver's license and proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work are required.

SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Clubhouse Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for miscellaneous repairs to clubhouse equipment and structure.
HOURS/DAYS
Tuesday through Saturday. Hours may fluctuate based on the level of work and deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or a minimum of three years similar experience. Required knowledge of procedure of procedures, safety rules, tools, methods, and materials used to maintain the clubhouse equipment and structure.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate frequently uses hands to perform repetitive tasks and to hold and manipulate power, hand, electric and plumbing tools. Position requires the associate to have the ability to regularly stand for extended periods of time, walk for long distances, sit in a stationary position, ascend, and descend ladders, scaffolding, and stairs (while carrying up to 50 pounds), balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Must also be able to bend and twist into positions to perform repairs.
The associate must have the ability to lift, move, and carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
