The advisor will provide professional health and safety guidance, conduct site audits, and facilitate ongoing compliance improvements across the Southern region. They will also manage accident reporting, lead safety forums, and assist managers in implementing corporate safety policies.
Candidates must hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate and possess experience within an established risk management system. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel with overnight stays are essential for this role.

As part of our dedication to ensuring we operate safely we are keen to grow our team and are now looking to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor to join our team and support us in the Southern Region of the UK.
What will you be doing?
You will be providing professional advice and assistance in relation to health, safety and welfare compliance as well as facilitating on-going improvements. Assisting managers and supervisors in our operations and delivery teams in complying with the requirements of health and safety law and corporate occupational health and safety requirements.
You will make regular visits to our sites in the South Regions, including Bristol, Dartford, Petersfield/Portsmouth, Sawtry and Cardiff where you will carry out health and safety auditing and inspections of our premises (to include office, depot and onsite service delivery operations) and safe systems of work. The role will include plenty of travel with overnight stays to meet business needs.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days on various sites in your area, proximity to commute to Dartford or Bristol is key. Remaining days to be worked at home.
