Develop and qualify a high-performing supplier base for precision mechanical and electromechanical parts. Bridge the gap between engineering and production to ensure parts are delivered on time, at cost, and to specification.
Requires 3+ years of experience in sourcing or supply chain for mechanical products and proficiency in reading technical drawings. A bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred, and U.S. citizenship is required.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who can build a high-performing supply base, connect engineering with manufacturing, and ensure parts, services, and equipment arrive on time, at cost, and to spec—from prototype through full-rate production.
ERP/MRP (Deltek Costpoint or similar), PLM/PDM and CAD viewers (e.g., SolidWorks), basic SPC/measurement tools, MS Office/Teams/SharePoint.
Office, lab, and supplier manufacturing settings; occasional PPE; ability to occasionally lift up to ~25 lbs; Travel up to 20–30%. Employment requires standard background check and work authorization. Due to program needs, U.S. Citizen required.
