Manage environmental monitoring, inspections, and permit compliance reporting for heavy-civil construction projects. Coordinate with regulatory agencies like the BLM and provide compliance guidance to project managers and subcontractors.
Requires at least 5 years of experience in environmental management and regulatory coordination, preferably with a degree in environmental science. Must be proficient in SWPPP reporting and capable of working independently in diverse climates on construction sites.
