The Center Supervisor leads daily financial center operations while coaching and developing the team to ensure exceptional member service. They also assist the Center Manager in executing strategic goals and maintaining compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in a financial institution, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional business or finance coursework preferred.
