The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily department operations, enforcing safety protocols, and managing production schedules. They also lead, train, and assign tasks to associates while monitoring KPIs to ensure quality and efficiency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 12 months of relevant experience. Knowledge of the countertop industry and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

The Team Lead Stone under the direction of a manager or supervisor will perform all the necessary day-to-day operations while leading their department. They will be held accountable for reviewing and enforcing safety procedures and policies. They will be assigning work tasks in the department, reviewing goals and KPI data and also ensure that quality checks are being performed, and that all production scheduled is completed on time. |
