The Sushi Sous Chef will prepare high-quality Japanese dishes and assist the Executive Sushi Chef with daily kitchen operations and workflow. They are also responsible for training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of sushi chef experience and strong knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques. Excellent knife skills, leadership ability, and a Food Handler Certification are required for this role.
