Job Description
Position: Personal Loan Assistant / Assistant Manager
We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Personal Loan Assistant or Assistant Manager (title depending on experience) to strengthen risk control in the personal loan business. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence on new applications, monitoring the status of ongoing credit, enhancing post-loan management, and supervising the personal loan activities of subsidiaries. The role also involves conducting in-depth research on personal banking services and supporting the planning and execution of related marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Maintain and update policies and procedures related to the personal loan business.
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of the personal loan business line to ensure efficient delivery and risk control.
Support relationship managers in client meetings; liaise with internal and external stakeholders involved in loan transactions.
Review loan applications and conduct due diligence analysis; when required, present credit proposals for approval.
Draft loan documentation in accordance with the Bank’s standard templates.
Carry out post-lending management, including repayment monitoring, annual reviews, and collateral management; ensure proper maintenance of loan files and inventory records.
Stay informed of industry standards, market practices, and regulatory developments.
Support personal banking development through market research, business reporting for strategic decision-making, and contributing to targeted marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economic Management of Business-Related Studies
Working experience: For Assistant position, between 0 to 2 years in a similar role within banking or financial sector; For Assistant Manager position, over 3 years in a similar role within banking or financial sector.
Hard skills: Familiar with European and Luxembourg credit regulatory requirements; Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
Language: Fluent in English and Chinese is mandatory, French is an additional advantage
