Sharing End to End insights with stakeholders based on observations to make sure that root causes of issues are resolved and not just symptoms (process driven work). • Drive improvements in leveraging AI and analytics to improve efficiency, effectiveness of the team as well as reporting accuracy and efficiency. • Deliver results and trends reporting to ensure senior management has insight into key information and developments therein. Review consolidated figures. Ensure correct and timely internal and external reporting. • Acts, with the team, as Centre of Excellence for processes and systems. • Strive for standardisation and a high quality of working.
