The role focuses on generating a qualified pipeline through thoughtful outbound outreach across multiple channels. Additionally, the lead will own the evolution of the outbound motion by designing AI-assisted workflows and refining sales playbooks.
Candidates must have previous outbound SaaS business development experience and a proven track record of generating high-quality pipeline. A strong curiosity for AI and the ability to build and improve sales systems are essential.

The RoleWe're looking for a Business Development Lead.
This is a role for someone who loves generating pipeline but also enjoys figuring out better ways to generate it.
You'll spend much of your time building relationships with prospective customers and creating opportunities for our Account Executives. But unlike a traditional BDR role, you'll also own the evolution of our outbound motion.
You'll experiment with AI-powered prospecting workflows, evaluate new tools, improve our messaging, optimise our processes and help define what modern outbound looks like at Ballpark.
You'll have a genuine opportunity to influence how we generate revenue as we continue to scale.
