The Marketing Coordinator designs print and digital materials for business development and manages the production of RFP responses. They are also responsible for developing brand stories, producing web content, and maintaining the firm's project database.
Candidates should have a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, English, or Communications and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on-site in Philadelphia four days per week.

Ballinger is seeking a Marketing Coordinator as a key member of the Marketing team that has an opportunity to make a significant impact on an evolving practice committed to design excellence and sustainability. This position works directly with firm leaders, distills complex information, and creates compelling layouts and graphics that drive new business. The marketing coordinator will join a team of professionals supporting a staff of 200+ in pursuit of new projects spanning architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning.
