The Lead Estimator is responsible for calculating project costs, overhead, and profit while managing the entire bidding process. This includes identifying new opportunities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring all estimates align with company values.
Candidates must have a 4-year degree in a construction-related major and a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a drug test and authorization to work in the US.

We are looking for an organized, driven, and experienced Lead Estimator to be responsible for estimating the cost, overhead and profit of assigned company projects while generating and cultivating positive working relationships with owners and subcontractors. Our work is primarily in hospitality and multi-family, but we do get other commercial projects.
