Como practicante, serás responsable de:
Ayudar en el desarrollo de planes de proyectos, cronogramas e hitos en colaboración con gerentes y equipos de proyectos.
Mantener la documentación del proyecto, incluidos los estatutos del proyecto, los cronogramas, los presupuestos y los informes de progreso.
Identificar los riesgos potenciales del proyecto y ayudar en el desarrollo de estrategias de mitigación de riesgos.
Preparar informes periódicos sobre el estado del proyecto para los directores de proyecto y las partes interesadas, destacando el progreso, los problemas y los próximos hitos.

Tener capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa en equipos multidisciplinarios.
Contar con buenas habilidades de comunicación, organización y gestión del tiempo.
Demostrar iniciativa, proactividad, adaptabilidad y disposición para aprender en un entorno dinámico.
Tener capacidad para gestionar múltiples actividades y cumplir plazos establecidos.
Tener autorización legal para trabajar en el país donde se ofrece la práctica, sin necesidad de patrocinio migratorio presente o futuro.
Proceso de Selección

Gestíon de Proyectos: El/la Practicante del equipo de Gestión de Proyectos desempeña un papel clave en la ejecución de los proyectos, ya que es responsable de comprender el plan de corto plazo junto con el/la Project Planner y de asegurar que las actividades planificadas por las áreas de Ingeniería, Planificación, Manufactura, Ensamble y Pruebas, Calidad y Logística se realicen dentro de los plazos establecidos. Estas interacciones contribuyen al desarrollo del/de la practicante al brindarle exposición a las rutinas y procesos de cada departamento, constituyendo una sólida experiencia de aprendizaje para fortalecer su capacidad analítica y su pensamiento crítico en cada etapa del proyecto.
