Bakers are responsible for preparing fresh bagels and pastries daily to ensure quality product availability. They also support the team by assisting with guest service, order taking, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with early morning and weekend shifts. A background check is required, and a valid driver's license is preferred.
We wouldn’t be much if we didn’t have our bagels, and a bagel is only as good as the person who bakes it! The baker is first in our hearts and the first ones in our bakeries. Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) turn on a podcast or their favorite band and take care of what makes us who we are – bagels!
What’s a day in the life of a Baker?
Our Bakers ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. We work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safe and clean store environment.
