Lead and execute Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing operations. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and track KPIs for operational effectiveness.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and a mandatory Lean certification. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain with a focus on continuous improvement.
