The Electrical Fitter will perform planned preventative maintenance and rectify electrical defects to ensure the availability of estate systems. They will also contribute to system improvements and support various trades across the site while adhering to safety regulations.
Candidates must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Fitting or equivalent and possess experience in maintenance documentation and electrical systems. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.

As an Electrical Fitter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safe, reliable and effective operation of essential estates equipment that underpins some of the UK’s most critical defence activities. Your work will help keep our facilities running smoothly, supporting national security while advancing your own technical expertise and career development.
You’ll join a highly skilled estates maintenance team responsible for electrical systems across the site. This is an exciting opportunity to work on varied tasking—ranging from everyday maintenance to complex multi-day projects—while growing your capability in a dynamic engineering environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role, working 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday in Faslane.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
