Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex electrical engineering work packages in nuclear and marine environments. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and safety compliance to ensure high-quality delivery within cost and time targets.
Requires an HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering and a proven track record of supervising teams in safety-critical or highly regulated environments. Candidates must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance.

As an Electrical Trade Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex fleet engineering work packages across nuclear and marine environments. This is a dynamic and varied role where you’ll oversee projects ranging from tens of thousands of hours to several weeks in duration, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:
This role is full time, 36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:15 to 16:45 and is based on site at HMNB Clyde Faslane.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
