You will lead and develop a team of Industrial Leads and Product Data Group members to drive industrialization activities from development to volume production. Additionally, you will collaborate across departments to shape strategy, manage budgets, and ensure efficient project delivery.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and possesses strong communication and people management skills. A degree in Engineering and knowledge of manufacturing environments or electronics manufacturing services are considered strong assets.

We're looking for a Manager to lead our Industrial Lead and Product Data Group team within Global Industrialization. Join us in Lund and play a key role in taking Axis' products from the drawing board to volume production!
You will lead a team of approximately 11 people, consisting of Industrial Leads and the Product Data Group (PDG). The Industrial Leads are creative and ambitious individuals who plan, coordinate, and drive industrialization activities across product development projects. They work at the intersection of R&D, New Business, and Operations — as well as with Axis' contract manufacturers — making the role highly collaborative with many interfaces.
The Product Data Group consists of self-driven and highly dedicated individuals responsible for creating part numbers in PLM systems, building Sales Unit structures, designing product labels, and much more.
Together, these teams are a vital part of Global Industrialization, which also includes Production & Test functions, Quality and Packaging engineers — a department of around 150 skilled colleagues working together to bring Axis' innovations to life at scale.
As a manager, your primary focus is to develop and lead your team. You will work in close partnership with the other two Industrial Lead managers, always striving to simplify and make ways of working more efficient across the teams. You are expected to coach, challenge, and support your team members in their mission of making innovations come true.
