The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for managing daily fleet operations, including maintenance, compliance, and vehicle deployment across multiple Florida locations. They will monitor vehicle conditions, coordinate repairs with vendors, and maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics.
Candidates must possess basic mechanical knowledge, strong computer skills, and the ability to travel frequently across Florida. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to work a 50-hour workweek are required.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lead Field Mechanic to manage and support daily fleet operations. This role is responsible for ensuring our vehicles are properly maintained, compliant, and efficiently deployed across multiple locations throughout Florida. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, hands-on work ethic.
Competitive Pay: $20-23/hour based on experience, full time, 50+ hours per week
Home office: 507 Marvin C Zanders Ave Apopka FL, 32703
Travel and hours: 50-75% travel to other offices needed- typical hours 7am-5pm.
