Candidates must hold current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration and have prior experience in home or community care. Proficiency in care management systems, a valid driver's license, and two COVID vaccinations are required.

Salary: $107K + super + Aveo vehicle (with fuel card)
The Opportunity
As a Care Partner (Clinical), you'll be more than a Registered Nurse — you'll be an advocate, a familiar face, and a trusted partner to a caseload of Aveo residents as they navigate their home care options. Immersed within our Aveo retirement communities, you will spend your day in residents’ homes building genuine connections, explaining care options, creating personalised plans and coordinating services, to ensure that Aveo residents continue to live independently for as long as possible.
