The Leasing Consultant coordinates apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction. They are responsible for touring prospective residents, preparing lease documentation, and ensuring the property grounds and model apartments are in excellent condition.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of sales or residential leasing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

About the leasing consultant position:
We’re looking for a talented leasing consultant who will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. The leasing consultant is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
