The e-Commerce Sales Associate guides customers through the vehicle purchase process by responding to online and phone leads and facilitating an in-store experience. They are responsible for negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and service department transitions.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, along with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and a desire to achieve sales goals.

High school diploma or equivalent

Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
Prior sales experience, retail preferred
Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
The willingness to follow up with customers
Experience and desire to work with technology
Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
