The Customer Service Representative- Occupational Health is a cross-functional position responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing occupational health testing and administrative support. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and clients, coordinates clinic operations, performs occupational health testing, maintains regulatory compliance, and ensures a positive customer experience from check-in through completion of services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

Our Occupational Health Facility offers health testing that ensures peace of mind and confidence of results. OHS services include OSHA annual Respirator Fit Testing with a variety of mask testing options including: 3M, Scott & MSA masks. Additionally, ASC offers Pulmonary Function Testing, Audiometric Testing, and Drug and Alcohol Testing. Our training services include multi-lingual, hands-on instructor-led training and over 1,300 eLearning courses. Our goal is to serve our community's diversifying industries, addressing their compliance requirements, and ensuring that the workforce can return home safely. Our course library offers certifications for OSHA compliance, professional development, CPR and first AID, HAZCOM, and more. We serve the construction, healthcare, biotech, manufacturing, and general industries.
