The role involves administering networks, operating systems, and subsystems while providing system-level support for multi-user environments. Responsibilities include evaluating business infrastructure, preparing cost-effective network configurations, and driving process improvements.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Computer Science and 3-5 years of technical experience in network design and support. A Microsoft MCTS or higher certification is required or must be obtainable.

Providing system-level support of multi-user operating systems, and hardware and software tools including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of multiple client systems.
