The Assistant Operator manages raw material transfer systems, maintains resin silo levels, and provides relief coverage for extrusion operators. They are also responsible for packaging, labeling finished materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to work rotating 12-hour night shifts. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and stand for up to 12 hours.

Competitive starting pay: $20/ plus $1.50 night shift premium as well as annual increases based on performance and a potential bonus opportunity twice a year

Schedule: We work 12 hour rotating shifts with every other weekend off. We are hiring for night shift 4pm-4am. Moving to days 4am-4pm is based on hire date
