Design and implement Workday extensions and integrations while collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements. Lead end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, including documentation, testing, and the use of AI coding tools to accelerate development.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with over 5 years of Workday implementation experience and 6+ years of software development in Java, Typescript, or Python. Expertise in Workday HR, Prism Analytics, and Studio is essential, along with strong English communication skills.

About Salary and CompensationThe salary for this position is based on the Atimi Salary Grid for Individual Lead and ranges between 120k and 150k (Intermediate Dev) or 150k to 180k for a Team Lead position per annum and depends on the individual's performance during the interview.
