El Regional Account Manager desarrollará relaciones comerciales con líderes de opinión hospitalarios y responsables de la toma de decisiones con el fin de maximizar el acceso a los productos de Alexion en las cuentas clave y hospitales identificados dentro de la región.
Será responsable de:
Principales Funciones
Proporcionar información científica y médica sobre los productos (NF1 – Koselugo, LAL-D – Kanuma) a líderes de opinión y responsables de la toma de decisiones.
Implementar la estrategia comercial de Alexion en las cuentas clave y hospitales asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
Identificar y comunicar a Alexion las necesidades, el entorno y los requisitos de las cuentas clave.
Construir una sólida red de relaciones de confianza con cuentas clave, hospitales, decisores e influenciadores.
Implementar planes educativos y de concienciación sobre enfermedades de acuerdo con las directrices y procedimientos establecidos, utilizando materiales y herramientas aprobadas.
Garantizar el acceso al tratamiento para todos los pacientes que sean candidatos adecuados.
Organizar reuniones formativas con el personal hospitalario, cuando sea necesario, con el apoyo del Departamento Médico.
Monitorizar y analizar datos y condiciones del mercado para identificar ventajas competitivas.
Mantener actualizado el sistema ETMS y realizar el correspondiente reporte y gestión de la relación con clientes (CRM).
Recoger y comunicar información de farmacovigilancia conforme a los procedimientos establecidos por el Departamento Médico.
Función de soporte
Compartir toda la información relevante con el equipo de Alexion Pharma en el país.
Colaborar de manera transversal con los equipos de Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access y Public Affairs.
Participar en la elaboración de la estrategia comercial y de marketing a nivel nacional.
Mantenerse informado sobre los cambios en las políticas sanitarias y evaluar su impacto en el negocio de Alexion.
Preparar e impartir presentaciones médicas, educativas y promocionales dirigidas a clientes y otros grupos de interés.
Cumplimiento
Garantizar que todas las actividades se desarrollen de acuerdo con la normativa farmacéutica vigente, así como con los valores, políticas y procedimientos internos de la compañía.
Requisitos:
Preferiblemente, al menos 5 años de experiencia en el entorno hospitalario, especialmente en enfermedades raras (deseable), medicamentos huérfanos, oncología o enfermedades complejas gestionadas de forma multidisciplinar.
Experiencia sólida en lanzamientos de productos, preferiblemente en entornos altamente competitivos donde haya sido necesario ganar cuota de mercado con rapidez.
Trayectoria de al menos 5 años gestionando cuentas hospitalarias multiespecialidad, con capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con distintos tipos de interlocutores (especialistas, farmacéuticos hospitalarios, gestores, dirección hospitalaria, etc.).
Se valorará experiencia o conocimientos en Neurología y Oncología.
Experiencia previa gestionando diferentes especialidades médicas dentro de una misma cuenta hospitalaria.
Experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
Historial demostrable de éxito comercial en posiciones hospitalarias especializadas.
Experiencia trabajando en entornos de alta complejidad científica, idealmente en enfermedades raras y/o oncología, desempeñando un rol comercial de campo con un alto grado de autonomía y capacidad de ejecución.
Capacidad para definir prioridades y gestionar eficazmente un territorio amplio y complejo, optimizando el tiempo y los recursos disponibles.
Capacidad para resolver problemas y gestionar situaciones complejas de manera eficaz.
Conocimiento de la normativa farmacéutica vigente en el país.
Nivel fluido de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office y sistemas de reporte.
Alta disponibilidad para viajar a nivel regional y nacional, especialmente debido a la gestión de un territorio que comprende Madrid, Castilla y León y Canarias, incluyendo desplazamientos con pernocta cuando sea necesario.
Experiencia trabajando en entornos altamente competitivos.
