The Community Manager supervises the daily operations and administration of a community association, acting as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and homeowners. They are responsible for financial oversight, vendor management, facility inspections, and ensuring compliance with association policies.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in community association management and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong conflict resolution and professional communication skills.
The Community Manager is responsible for providing the overall supervision of a community association. The Community Manager interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members, as well as staff at the Associa Client Shared Service Center (CSSC) and within the branch office.
