Requires at least 7 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management, with 3 years in a supervisory role. Extensive technical knowledge of MEP systems and proficiency in CMMS and building management software are essential.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Building Maintenance Director to oversee all building maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, and facility management functions for a high-rise condominium community. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of all building systems while maintaining the highest standards of property appearance, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
The Building Maintenance Director will provide strategic direction for maintenance operations, supervise maintenance personnel and vendors, collaborate closely with the On-Site Manager, report directly to the Field Service Director of Associa OnCall, and provide updates and recommendations to the Community Board as needed.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Building Maintenance Director to lead maintenance operations for a prestigious high-rise condominium community. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning abilities to ensure the property remains safe, efficient, well-maintained, and positioned for long-term success while delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders.
