The Registered Nurse will implement and track customized, evidence-based patient care plans while monitoring real-time patient status. They will also serve as an interdisciplinary lead to coordinate seamless patient care and manage successful transitions during discharge.
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. A diploma from an accredited nursing school is required, with at least one year of hospital experience preferred.
