The nurse acts as a central coordinator for interdisciplinary patient care and manages prescribed care plans based on clinical findings. Responsibilities include executing physician orders, maintaining meticulous EHR documentation, and coordinating safe discharge transitions.
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a Compact State license. A BLS Provider certification is required within 30 days of hire, along with a diploma from an accredited nursing school.
