We Are Hiring

Location: Wauwatosa, WI 

Facility: Wauwatosa Ambulatory Center 

Department: Heart and Vascular

Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift 

What You Will Do

• Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations, treatments, and specialized clinical duties.
• Interview patients to record medical history and accurately measure vital signs for charting.
• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms while ensuring all medical supplies are ordered and stocked.
• Manage essential clerical tasks, including phone correspondence, record maintenance, and filing.

What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

• 40 hours a week | M-F | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | No weekends or holidays
• Travel to other clinics as needed, including Wauwatosa, Elmbrook Medical Office Building, St. Joseph Professional Office Building
• Prior medical assistant experience highly preferred, prior cardiology experience highly preferred
