The Pest Control Technician is responsible for providing residential and commercial pest control services using an Integrated Pest Management approach. They must assess properties, identify pest issues, and build positive relationships with customers while maintaining their assigned vehicle and equipment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. They must also be able to pass state regulatory licensing exams and commit to working at least 40 hours per week.

This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN
As a Pest Control Technician, you are excited to start your route each day. Not only will you be recognized as a hero to our customers as you save them from pesky intruders, but you will also create lifelong client relationships. You search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts our customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution.
Each day is an opportunity to demonstrate your professionalism and drive for excellence. You collect service payments from customers and are always patient and more than happy to answer questions. You take pride in your work and keep your equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times. As the friendly neighborhood Pest Control Technician, helping people is your job!
