Coordinate and drive production activities for Value Added lines to meet targets while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Monitor KPIs such as OEE and yield, and lead continuous improvement initiatives through WCM and WAM frameworks.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Chemical Engineering with 5 to 8 years of experience in shift operations and production lines. Proficiency in SAP and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing are preferred.

To coordinate and drive production activities for FEF Value Added lines, ensuring achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of resources, adherence to quality standards, and continuous improvement in productivity, yield, and cost. Ensure adherence to WCM / WAM

Ensure strict discipline.
Define SOPs, ensure adherence. PPE, EHS tags must be followed.
Develop and adhere Risk Assessment, HIRA, Aspect/Impact documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements
Ensure no Safety incident should happen. Close all the incidents with SRCAs.
Coordinate daily production activities for Value Added lines to meet production plans
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
Support and Guide shift team in execution and ensure smooth shift operations
Monitor line performance and take corrective actions to meet targets

Yield and Scrap Reduction
Adhering SLA
Identify losses in Process and execute the Projects to reduce those

Maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
Quality/Lab/Process for trials, approvals, and process control
SCM/Planning for production scheduling and material availability
Vendors: For Lamination subcontractors
Ensure manpower planning and allocation
Develop Value Added AIT team, lead AIT program
Ensure Safety and Discipline compliance. To communicate effectively and assertively to avoid conflicts at work place.

Drive Yield improvement Initiatives
Headcount optimization
Kaizen and WCM / WAM initiatives
Execute PAP Projects
Prepare and maintain daily production reports
Prepare and circulate weekly / monthly Value-Added lines performance
Ensure the regular Posting of transactions in ERP system (SAP)
BE / B-Tech: Mechanical / Production / Chemical or relevant Engineering discipline
5 to 8 Yrs
Experience in handling larger production lines and shift operations, ability to lead continuous process or chemical industry
English, Hindi, Marathi or any other Indian Language.
He should have stability in his career over the years
Experience in SAP & MES would help.
