The operator is responsible for the physical inspection and approval of incoming raw milk deliveries and the management of quality documentation. Additionally, they oversee the cleaning of milk tankers and perform routine maintenance tasks within the milk reception area.
Candidates must have completed a vocational training program and possess a reliable, team-oriented work ethic. The role requires flexibility regarding shift work and weekend availability.
