The COO will oversee operational performance, financial controls, and budgeting while managing Project Management, HR, Legal, and Finance teams. The role focuses on implementing processes to optimize growth and ensuring company-wide legal and operational compliance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and at least 7 years of strategic planning experience within the technology or software industry. Candidates must have a proven track record of scaling high-growth businesses and strong financial strategy skills.

Overview:
Arkadium is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to help the organization fulfill its mission to elevate players, partners, and general intelligence with the world’s best games. Our vision is to create, capture and capitalize 100 billion gameplays and need you to help us to get there. We have the strategy, capital, business fundamentals, creativity and track record but we need you to bring a passion for process and love of optimization to take us to new heights. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be required on-site and in-office 3+ days per week.
Responsibilities
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $275,000. Final compensation will be determined by the candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge/skills and location.
