The Preconstruction Specialist supports administrative and customer service tasks within the Preconstruction Department, reporting to the VP of Preconstruction. Key duties include preparing project proposals, managing subcontractor pre-qualifications, and ensuring subcontract documentation is complete and accurate.
Candidates need 2+ years of experience as a coordinator, preferably within construction, engineering, or marketing firms. Superior communication, proofreading skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat are required.
