Lead the commercial growth strategy and drive revenue across ocean, air, customs brokerage, and other logistics services. Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team while partnering with operations to ensure seamless customer execution.
Requires 8+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain with a proven track record of business development. Candidates must possess strong leadership instincts, high emotional intelligence, and a builder mentality.

We are looking for a driven, motivated, commercially minded builder with 8+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or international transportation.
