Manage high volumes of quotes and estimates while ensuring service performance standards and KPIs are met. Act as a point of escalation for clients and coordinate communication between clients and suppliers to resolve work order issues.
Requires a proactive self-starter with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables, is essential.
We are currently recruiting for an Account Support Coordinator based at our North West London site on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The primary focus of this role is to manage the high volume of quotes and estimates generated by the client, reducing demand through proactive customer engagement and effective communication.
You will support the Account Manager in the delivery of the agreed contract, ensuring service performance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved while maintaining strong client relationships.
